You can permanently delete your account directly in the mobile app. If you cannot access the app, support can help.
RECOMMENDED
Open ToiletScore and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Open Profile, then choose Privacy & data.
Select Delete account and confirm permanent deletion.
Deletion starts immediately after confirmation. You will be signed out and the deleted account cannot be restored.
WHAT IS DELETED
Public place facts you contributed, such as a toilet’s location or accessibility features, may remain as an unattributed factual listing. Records required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations may be retained only where permitted by law.
